Maryland Integrative Counseling Associates accepts the following insurance:

- Cigna/EverNorth

*Please note that MICA can not guarantee network status, eligibility, or out-of-pocket expenses for your insurance plan. We highly recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to confirm your benefits.

If you have a different insurance carrier, you may be able to use your out-of-network benefits for our services. In some cases you will be able to have most if not all of your expenses for therapy reimbursed. However, we highly recommend calling your provider and checking your out-of-network benefits.

Additional Fees

Supplemental/Collateral Session (reports, phone sessions, etc.): $175/hr billed in 15 min increments
Commuting charge for In-Home Sessions: $50
Copies of Records/Paperwork Requests: $25 + $0.25 per page
Sessions missed or cancelled without 24 hours notice will be subject to a late cancellation fee of the whole session cost. These fees are not covered by insurance.
Teletherapy Technology Fee: $25
